Narrative for humans

Mosaic

Imagine a place where two people who do not know each other can mirror each other — not by chance, but by an emotional pattern they share. Or where two people in conflict can be helped to see each other, without either losing their voice.

This is the Mosaic.

Two functions, one soul

Mirror. Two strangers going through the same thing — grief, fear, joy — find each other. Not by name, not by age. By what they carry inside. The mirror does not reveal who you are: it reveals what you are living.

Triangle. Two people in conflict. A mediator who does not decide who is right — helps both see the other's reason. Three vertices: I, you, truth. Not winners, not losers. Understanding.

A promise

What you say never goes out in plain text to the other. Only what you chose to let out. Your vulnerability is yours. The mediator has no access to your raw — only to what you have distilled.

When it opens

Not now. We open only when we are sure that:

  • Those who enter know what they are doing and have given informed consent.

  • Data is physically separated, not just logically.

  • There is a plan to shut everything down if something goes wrong.

  • Safety rules have been verified one by one, not taken for granted.

Better to delay than to harm.
