2. The soul. Empathy, Language, Moral Bible: what makes TRiP more than a calculator.
3. Care. Triangle for mediation, Personal, Home, Undertaker: where the Order serves life.
4. Memory. Ark, Bookchain, Calligrammes: what is preserved — because what is forgotten is lost.
5. Defense. Shield, Bulwark, OS2: protection — because the silent good must be protected from the noise of evil.
6. Bread. SRL, Rents, Acquisti: how one lives from this work.
7. Merit. Credits, Merits, Karma: how those who give value are recognized.
8. The square. The Door, TRiP ID, Mosaic, Mirror: where we meet.

Who commands

Not a boss. Three levels:

• Prisma — external AI without rules. Decompose light to see colors.
• Concilio — internal AI with principles. Recompose colors into a picture.
• Sinodo — humans. Decide. The founder has veto power, but can be overridden 5/6 against 1.

No one, alone, can take control. It is an architectural choice, not a hope.
